Direct calculation of dose from cumulated activity and specific effective energy (SEE); applicable for radionuclides which can be measured in the dose relevant organs or tissues, i.e.

• H-3 in the whole body (as measured via the concentration in urine),
• Iodine isotopes in the thyroid
• Cesium isotopes in the whole body
